12V 38Ah Sealed Deep Cycle Lead Acid Battery, Power Battery for electric vehicles
Liban battery is specially designed for electric motorized vehicle, it meets China Battery Industry Standard GB/T22199-2008. It has many features as follows:
The battery container is made by ABS material which is leaking-proof, explosion-proof, shocking-resisted.
Special patented design makes Liban battery around 10mm higher than other regular one. Spacy room above the lead plate which increased the content of active substance, then increased the battery capacity.
Pole group connection cast-weld technology. Because the application of such cast-weld technology, the working procedure of "Joint Welding" and "O type ring mounting" are eliminated, glue-leaking is eliminated and acid-leaking from the pole is avoided.
Busbar sealing technology. The busbar is inserted to the inside of battery cover and covered by epoxy resin; and then sealed. There will be no acid leaking and no need to add acid and water for maintenance.
Container formulation technology. The application of Container Formulation Technology has many benefits. Firstly, it can reduce battery polarization, and then improve the battery capacity and lifecycle. Secondly, water-cooling is not needed which can save water and energy; Thirdly, glued electrolyte can add to the lead plate evenly which makes the battery quality more stable.
Using new type AGM separator increased the oxidation efficiency and reduced water loss of the battery; and then improved the battery performance and lifecycle.
Positive lead plate is coated with special formula material which can increase the performance of the battery in both low and high temperature, and increase the lifecycle.
The lead plate made by special technology and is consisted by high purity lead with additive of calcium and tin alloy, which improved the strength of the plate and the capability of corrosion-resisting, over-discharging-resisting and high-temperature-resisting and decrease self-discharging rate.
The cells are separated by corrugated scleboard which has good elasticity and can increase the shocking-resisted capability of the battery
